Ross has consulted to governments, hospitals, aged care services and community health services for the past 30 years.

He has undertaken over 130 consulting assignments and has worked extensively in indigenous health development and in the health sectors of developing countries, particularly in the South Pacific and Asia. Ross’s consulting expertise includes health services planning, health policy, program design, and workforce planning. Ross has undertaken work with The South Pacific Community, DFAT Australia, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, the German Government, the New Zealand Government and extensively in Australia. His main focus of work overseas has been the countries of the South Pacific and South-East Asia. Ross has a background as a former hospital CEO, a Deputy Regional Director and has qualifications in economics and accounting.
