Tom is one of Australia’s most experienced health and community services consultants and administrators.

Tom has held many senior sector roles including Regional Director of Victoria’s Health and Community Services Hume Region for more than twenty years which comprised responsibility for health and aged care, disability, children’s services and housing services. Tom has undertaken an extensive range of policy and program review projects across Australia, particularly for the Commonwealth Department of Health. These have included health workforce, mental health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services, pharmacy programs and health services planning. Tom also has an academic background and affiliations with The University of Melbourne and the UK.
